Living at Peace with Our Unpeacefulness
10:45am

Claude AnShin communicates Zen Buddhist Teachings in an unreligious manner. Direct and drawn from life, with a deep rooted sense of compassion and humour. He embodies what he is talking about, inspires interest, curiosity and an inkling of what it means to see things as they are. Healing is not the absence of suffering, but is learning to live in a different relationship with our suffering.

Kundalini Yoga
9:05am

Kundalini yoga focuses on awakening and raising the energy coiled at the base of the spine in order to enhance awareness, keep the chakras opened and maintain good mental and physical health.

Hatha Yoga
1:30pm

Hatha yoga is about creating balance, uniting opposites.  It presents a set of physical exercises or postures in sequences, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open energy channels in the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.
